The GSTC is part of Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is situated on the first floor of the hospital. The GSTC is a purpose built 35 bedded unit with a further 16 patient areas on our dedicated Day Surgery Unit and a dedicated Ophthalmology Suite situated on the ground floor of the hospital. We have four operating theatres, 35 inpatient beds, 16 day-case beds/chairs, inclusive of 12 single rooms (4 en-suite) across the centre.

The GSTC has its own distinct character, being friendly and welcoming and has won awards for its levels of cleanliness and two National Awards for new ways of working and improved working lives.
How to find us
We are just two miles off the M62, junction 36, one mile from the town centre.
By rail
Trains from Hull, Doncaster, Castleford and Leeds run regularly throughout the day from Goole Railway Station, approximately 5 minutes away by taxi.
By bus
Buses run from the town centre every 40 minutes to and from the hospital.
GSTC Transport
At the GSTC we understand that it is not always possible for the patient to organise their own transportation. That is why we have employed two drivers to help out wherever possible on those occasions where you are experiencing difficulties.
