MRSA
We recognise that people are very concerned about the risks of contracting a hospital-acquired infection. All our patients who may be at increased risk from MRSA are screened prior to their admission to minimise the possibility of cross-infection.
We adopt rigorous Infection Control policies, under the guidance of our Infection Control Team following best practice to ensure that our hospital is a safe environment for all of our patients. Our hospital has won a cleanliness award. Domestic staff are employed by our hospital and are very much part of the team involved in the patient journey, this ensures that wards and departments maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
